I work with

Children and adolescents from 5 to 17 years old struggling with issues such as anxiety, low mood, school avoidance, aggressive behaviour, bullying, parental separation, minor self-harm, grief, sibling rivalry, low self-esteem, low confidence, ASC, ADHD to name a few.

Parents feeling lost and confused within their parenting role who are looking to understand and break free from limiting beliefs and behaviours that may be interfering with their vision of a harmonious family.

Children and adolescents aged 5 to 17 struggling with disruptive thoughts or behaviours, parents wanting help and groups of children in schools.
How I do it
A holistic approach that combines many years' experience and studying, exploring emotional literacy, strategies for self-regulation and building internal resilience.
